WHAT TO DO:
COURSE FEES (GST Inclusive) - effective as of 1/1/08 Level 1 & Level 2: Standard $820, Union Member $755 Deputy Level 1 : Standard $500, Union Member $450 Level 3 (Continuing) per day: Standard $230, Union Member $210 Effective H&S Committees (1 day): Standard $230, Union Member $210 Effective H&S Committees (half day): Standard $130, Union Member $110
(If applicable) subsidies of $50 per participant per day on course fees are available through a SafeWork SA Grant for Level 1, 2 & Level 3 (Continuing) courses. See guide to subsidy eligibility to determine entitlement to discount on course fee. WE WILL:
Note: Should we not reach our minimum of 10 enrolments two weeks prior to course commencement the course may be cancelled. A new enrolment form will be forwarded with the cancellation letter for you to enrol in a course date that suits your schedule. EMPLOYER INFORMATION : It is a requirement of the Level 1 & Level 2 OHS Training that participants attend off-site training. DEPUTY HSR REPS COURSES: Only available for Level 1 HSR - minimum attendance is 3 days (must be first 3 days of course) CANCELLATION POLICY: When an enrolment is cancelled the following cancellation fees will apply. More than 14 days before course commencement date = full refund Between 7-14 days before course commencement date = 50% refund Less than 7 days = no refund
Employer Information : It is a requirement of the Level 1 & Level 2 HSR Training that participants attend off-site training. Employer permission must be given for participants to use their own vehicle if they wish.
